We always have 6 to 10 houses under construction that you can walk through and get a feel for the designs and finishes you like.

Carefree Custom Build Process
We take our motto, "Building for a Lifetime" seriously. We are constantly evaluating our building process to make sure that we can be proud of the product we deliver, now and in 20 years. We use Douglass fir lumber (not the cheaper hem fir), galvanized nails, water resistant sub flooring, and the tyvek 10 year building envelope warranty system. Sometimes what you can't see is the truest test of building integrity.
