We take our motto, "Building for a Lifetime" seriously. We are constantly evaluating our building process to make sure that we can be proud of the product we deliver, now and in 20 years. For example, we use galvanized nails, water resistant sub flooring, and the tyvek 10-year building envelope warranty system even for our least expensive spec homes. Sometimes what you can't see is the truest test of building integrity.
