Working closely with our clients, we designed their "forever" home to reflect both their lifestyle and aesthetic while remaining mindful of budget.  Thoughtful planning was especially important on this sloped lot, where main floor living, a level driveway, and capturing the panoramic water views were key priorities.  Floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive cascading doors open seamlessly to a "four season" room and a covered deck, creating a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living while maintaining privacy through intentional design.  The lower level features a spacious exercise room overlooking the bay, along with comfortable accommodations for visiting family and friends.  Wellness-focused features - including radiant floor heating, enhanced sound insulation, whole-house air purification, and the use of no- or low-VOC finishes- were thoughtfully integrated throughout the home to support healthy, comfortable living.
